Store managers will treat their employees like garbage, work you until you die young. There are no raises for salary or hourly employees. Go work elsewhere. One store hired someone with no Hy-Vee experience and gave them a super higher up position and dosent know the Hy-Vee culture.

Just read where retail workets are FED UP and are Rage Quitting.Hyvee wake up and start treating your people better.At least speak to them and have a decent conversation with them instead of nit picking and belittling them.You to will be hard pressed to keep employees the way you treat them.Its already out there,DO NOT WORK FOR HYVEE.
Store employees don’t get evaluations and reviews, they get a once a year 30-50 cent raise. It’s not really even a raise, it’s a cost of living adjustment. And we wonder why retention is so bad?
