I don't know if there'll be more layoffs next month or next year, but it'd be nice to know more about what does severance package look like these days. I've heard there were some pandemic-influenced changes but I can't find any info on it. Is there anybody here who knows more about what the package is these days?

I got the layoff package and its not worth hanging around if you got another opportunity. One week per year of service. You can draw unemployment for awhile to get you through until next job. Lot of people are content to draw unemployment until it runs out. This is a bad strategy as the go-getters will get the good jobs.
You get laid off and Larry gets a bonus on your behalf.
