A company that can’t grow revenue will constantly be cutting and reorganizing. Cut people - improve short term profits - get short-term stock uptick - ELT’s RSUs go up - a vicious cycle that ultimately fails. “Overall revenue decreased but cloud ARR went up” - get out now it will not get better.
The HR is so busy in all the BS things in the world. How can a session with self help coach help people when the whole teams are crying for help. They never talk about it or address the concerns around attrition or reorgs. Busy in diversity stuff.
There will ALWAYS be reorgs.
Someone should ask the mad cat lady that runs HR….
If you know what's good for you, you will re-org yourself to a different company. Always best to leave on your own terms.
