We keep getting trained on diversity and the meaning of privilege. But Teradata keeps hiring only white people on the ELT? Another announced today. But they all signed a pact to help end racism! Does this mean these highly compensated white executives are going to give money to help improve racism? Exactly what does this pact they all signed say?

Do they think people are leaving for diversity or equality stuff? Why is everyone he-l bent on this BS things and not address the real work related things, strategy, direction?
Why would an ELT member think making political statements is a good idea?
Maybe the entire ELT should follow HA’s lead and wear fist t-shirts on the next all company meeting. That would really unite us all.

Look up white privilege in the dictionary and you’ll see the Teradata ELT. Not sure why they feel like the have any credibility when they talk about this stuff. But being woke is the in thing for corporations in tech these days
Diversity means intellectual diversity, any other kind is just racism.
