They should merge with Databricks to unify the strengths
IBM could be a contender to acquire the more profitable pieces
Private Equity may swoop in since the balance sheet is solid and milk the installed base. Probably what McKinsey is recommending. The top guys will get a big payout for running the company into the ditch.
Why would somebody buy a tired old application like TD. It is not like we are a trend setter by any means. Glory days are gone.
Why else would they make such illogical and poor leadership decisions? It's just poor leadership.
