I don't know what happened in the last year but my store has turned into a huge mess. Things that used to be wrapped up within an hour now take two, new hires are not even pretending to work or trying to learn anything, and most of them are gone within weeks leaving us understaffed and overworked once again. It's the same management team that was here when everything was working well, so I have no idea what's going on.

Ummm. It’s not just your store it’s the entire company. And the sad part of it is they don’t care. The Pandemic has helped increase profits to an all time high and that’s all they care about.
