Yes,you are so right.Being a long term employee I've saw alot. These young punks that get promoted go on these power trips .Really,its just a grocery store ,nothing more..The company better wake up and learn how to speak to employees and treat them better than they do.
The managers at WM aren't on little power trips and they don't work you like a plowhorse. I left HV and was hired at WM almost the same day. No regrets.
