We are no longer focused primarily on winning business. Nope, that is now second to the almighty cost-cutting measures that, mind you, provide only short-term gains but they sure look good on paper! Anything that could have a positive long-term effect on the company is pushed aside if there's a way to justify another round of layoffs, among other things. That is the Resideo of today in a nutshell.

When a flying around in a company jet is talking about cost cutting, he's talking about cost cutting for YOU.
Action is being done for this issue. He had to do one thing ; take control and did not succeed. We are helping doing the needful, and the management issue is at a focal. maybe a monkey cap is needed for this rowdy sheeter
Exactly what cost cutting are you seeing?
They have no choice but to cut costs....No new customers / Customer base shrinking, no innovation, no talent, no new products on the horizon, no products released in years.
They need to make the money last as long as possible before going out of business.....it actually makes sense as they have no other choice as it is WAY too late to save this tu-d of a company and the dingle berries that work there.
What is the software group claiming to be "legends" or "famous" about? We haven't released any non-tanking new products in the entire lifespan of Rezi. The only "legends" are those who have managed to keep getting more money for producing nothing but boasts and incoherent slide decks.

When is this going to end every leader of the software section promotes vices and encourage them by example…. All the way down to suoervisors
