In companies that don't have a great future, the only thing that matters is whom you know. Juniper is not the only such company I have worked for, but this problem is definitely very big here. No one who is talented and is only interested in his job and specific skills will want to work in such a company. Soon, unfortunately, only mediocrities will remain here, because most of the people I know are actively looking for next jobs.
