Is it possible that a new employee here has a better status than a hard worker who has been loyal to this company for years and who is fully engaged with his job? I have nothing against newbies, but I notice that some of them achieve something easier than people who have been trying to prove themselves here for years.

Simple. It's much cheaper to fire a new employee than one that's been around for 15 years.
Hock plans to eventually fire everybody, because the business model isn't about good product. It's about screwing over customers of acquired companies. When all those customers leave, then he will need to get rid of the employees too. Best if the old ones go as soon as possible of their own volition. Then he doesn't have to pay them out.
Plenty of other jobs companies rebounding and hiring like crazy not worth it anymore here
Overwork is ki----g off employees.
new management has brought in their own clowns...
Awful! Now Octane forcing US employees to get unapproved experimental medical treatments if they want to keep their job. Unbelievable! What happened to medical privacy? Lawyer time? He must have lots of Pfizer stock.
