I still haven’t heard any real and valid arguments for going back to the office?
Will the company do better if we go back to the office? What is this all about?
I am much more productive while working from home. Unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to give notice right away, but I've already started looking for other options and I'm wondering how many more people will decide to do it just because of their irrational decisions?
I think it will be shocking to go back to the office and see how many people we've lost.

The fact that the Id--t who believes the return to work is all about building occupancy, has a job at GA or anywhere else including 7-11 is totally amazing. Dude you should go back to wherever you earned a degree and demand a refund.
The science is in and if one has been vaccinated or recovered from Covid - the likelihood of getting sick again is slim to none…. Also, GA employees don’t rank high on the hard worker list…. Just ask the people who were let go last year and how many are still looking for a job…. Sadly, most of my colleagues are lazy and rarely worked at the office and are almost nonexistent at home…. And the bottom line is you are a worker who gets paid for their time… the Blues want us back in the office… you can always look for a new job or maybe you have and got a reality check on your worth and like everyone else are crawling hands and knees back to GA for that paycheck so you can buy things you don’t need to impress people you don’t even like!
The reason for requiring employees return to the office: Money. The Blues, who are real estate guys, want to continue to make their money the same way they did pre-COVID, from building occupancy. This means maximizing the number of butts in chairs per square foot.
