I am a full timer with over 10 years with the company. Found out directly from a part timer in my department I am making 50 cents an hour more than them. They have maybe 1.5 years working here. Another reason to leave this place. Even the local McDonald's pays better.

People countering that “full time gets benefits” don’t understand a lot of part time employees getting hired are 19-26 year olds who get to live off their parents insurance. Benefits are also required by the government, it’s not a hand out. Basspro needs to catch up and provide livable pay to compete in the future market.
I get the benefits part. May just find a regular day job with benefits and drop down to part time here. If that ain't gonna happen, plenty of other places hiring part time with higher hourly wages.
I think this is happening in a lot of places. With that being said, Bass Pro is not even making the hourly pay competitive… grocery stores and just cashiering pays more in most places.
That’s why people don’t stay. Most are looking for full time with benefits. It’s my understanding they aren’t hiring full time unless it’s a lead position or management. The whole industry of retail and restaurant’s are suffering for good help.
You also get benefits the part timer doesn't get.
