After almost 5 years of working here in terrible conditions, I went to another company in this sector and you know what.... it paid off for everything I went through at Macy's because now working in a new company seems ridiculously simple. I’m used to so much drill and pressure that now I do all the work here with ease.

Totally agree. I give credit to Macys. They taught me alot as a leader. Being forced to understand the business aspect of it, as well, as the customer/associate aspect..and how to piece it all together...it was such a great tool! The next job I went to, to piece of cake!
