I was bit surprised when i noticed my sales managers , leads and store managers all liking other posts at Target, amazon, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens of opening manager jobs and also liking MEMEs that say " its ok to start over but your doing it from experience now " they are also looking into Medical field options and other outside the box careers.. is everyone fishing for a new career outside of the sweat shop on the downlow? seems like it

WalMart is a horrible place to work, just go to Walmart Inc. layoffs and read all the post the employees put. 💻 🧐
Never thought in a million years that Walmart would pay better than Macy’s and the benefits are better
Funny story, used to be a manager at Macy's earlier this year and our new region made everyone start using LinkedIn to post open jobs, pictures of store events, and other things to attract candidates to the company. Outside of how wrong is was to force people to use their own personal LinkedIn accounts to shill for the company, a funny thing happened. Our Store Manager and I both started getting emails from recruiters and other company's and she saw an interesting job with another retailer and took it and then I did the same thing. We both landed jobs at placesthat are actually growing and its great to remember how fun working retail can be.
