We recently got a new team member after two people quit about a month ago. First of all, it took the company a full month to get one replacement for two people. Second of all, that person wouldn't know how to pour pi-s out of a boot if the instructions were printed on the heel. It's not his age that's the issue, I've worked with plenty of young folks who are smart and quick studies. But instead of them, we get this guy. Fu-k my life.

Go mind your usual boot licking the leadership which you are good at, don’t preach and threaten at least here.
If you do not like your life at Citrix why don't you quit ? you have no idea how good you have it.

What do you expect? It's all about keeping costs low. You probably got him cause he cost least.
Those senior people leaving are surely not recommending Citrix as a great place to work.
