The workers in favor of trying to get their way by threatening to quit if they are required to be in the office should be taught a lesson. Come back to the office on The Company’s terms or be terminated. This is very straightforward. Not a boomer thing either.

People who work collaboratively and creatively in teams should come back to the office.
Sadly, we have hired too many Indians in recent years, so the idea of collaboration is pretty much dead anyway.

You always have some feel-good manager that thinks everyone will sit around and invent a new iPhone everyday if they were only just in the office everyday. It gives them goose bumps.
Working in an office is so outdated, the only people that want it back are micromanagers and people who sit around BSing all day with co-workers around the coffee and snack area.
Anyone that didn't know it was a trap deserves it. There was no way ANY company was going to do this WTF cr-p long term.
