It used to mean something. When we were known for the quality of our products more than for the many layoffs that have become the norm lately. When age and experience that comes with it was an asset and not a detriment like it is today. Remember those days? I wish we could have them back.

If true about too many older workers, then they got to offer incentive to get them to retire. Majority are between 30-40 years but some are 45 plus and still working .
Too many old people…. Need to bring in new young talent for the company to survive
