Being said that Emerson has sold the division? Has anyone heard anything?

I don't know why they would or if they even can What would they do with the proceeds? It's a ridiculously good business even if the best days are behind it. I wouldn't think it makes sense for shareholders to sell it unless they spin it off tax free. Even if it was a tax free transaction, I would think it would be hard to cover the dividend payout unless they have Climate.
