GPT and GETS impacted

Hey ADP HR
The pattern is clear that ADP is "picking people off" a quarter at a time!
Heard rumbling that severance package policy is under review (read between the lines)
How about offering VERP again instead? You WILL see a MASS exodus and get the "clean slate" you were looking for.
@ @9pdu+1beIlgnj - Very well said!
I will add couple more thing...these type under the radar layoffs have been going on for a DECADE. If the numbers are below a certain amount they don't have to reported to the federal / state government.
- No one but no one trusts or honestly responds to the "Engagement Pulse" type surveys for the fear that their responses will be tracked back to them and retaliation will soon follow thus creating a toxic work environment
- Yes, ADP is hiring but only cheaper labor
- Associates should consider starting a petition (like employees at Google and others have done) asking for change
It is my hope that this write up lands on someones desk who will actually take meaningful action!.
To ADP Associates (long and short term tenure)
Start the HUNT...always easier to look for opportunities while employed!
Remember, the associates are the company's biggest asset and they make the company "tick"!
To Carlos and his SLT
This place has become increasingly a difficult place to work at as both tenured and new associates are disclosing. Almost everyone is on pins and needles and NOT happy, afraid to lose their jobs (been this way for a LONG time). There are very few opportunities for advancement for internal, tenured associates (ask HR to publish statistics!). Tenured associates are viewed upon as a malignant tumors. All new leadership being brought in are external to ADP and some are not even from this country. In turn, the morale is a LOW. Most ADP associates just do the bare minimum (Who can blame them). Ultimately, all this is stifling Innovation (which was the main purpose behind this digital transformation journey).
Reputation defender company hired by ADP (Yes, you are here and monitor / respond to these threads), please FW this entire message to Carlos and his SLT.
Sincerely,
Long tenured associates and a stock owner
Blah, blah, blah. You’re so irreplaceable.
Just GETS your resume dusted off.
You seem to have forgotten that the entire biz actually runs on a mainframe which needs people with more than 20 years experience. The next gen joke is going nowhere. Pretty soon you will find that all the 20+ bottom feeders who knew how to make these ancient systems work are gone on whose backs you actually earn your bread. You and the other noobs have fun. The minefield will go off someday.
For the ignoramus - GETS is just the department that manages all the infra that all of the firm runs.Of course you have never heard of it because your tiny brain cannot handle details.
@8vxw+1beIlgnj,…. Spoken like a 20+ bottom feeder.
See you back in the office in July, bring a box for your belongings!
Bottom feeders being laid off? Think again. In reality, the best and most experienced are being laid off simply because they "earn too much money". ADP is mindlessly and continuously trimming its workforce of their best people as they sink lower and lower.
Hearing rumors of layoffs in India / PHP this week
Well, a handful of folks from a department nobody has heard of is hardly newsworthy. I suppose there are more to come, hopefully. There are plenty of bottom feeders amongst overpaid 20 plus year EE’s running the clock out.
No numbers being disclosed and my manager read from a written script of 5 sentences. when laying me off ...after 20+ years ...
also heard they are considering reducing severance packages for future rounds
Spot ON about Top of the line growth just isn't there, so you cut your expenses (biggest expense = employees)
And Good Luck getting similar (to US) productivity out or India / PHP
what is GETS and how many people were laid off?
A "transformation" sounds so much better than just more layoffs. It does give the appearance that ADP management know what they're doing, doesn't it?
“Company being transformed .... going in different direction... blah blah blah”
What’s the reason they gave ?
GETs associate here and received word today . Long time employee . Spent the day adjusting and will be ok I guess . Time to move on. Still hurts regardless .
To Post ID: @1ptl+1beIlgnj, you're an a-s! The fact that you are looking forward to additional people losing jobs shows what kind of person you are. Just because you are "old" does not mean that you cannot do the job. Lazy?, normally I would not argue, but since you are such a poor judge, you may not be qualified to make that assessment.
I'm sorry for anyone who is losing a job, especially if it's a RIF, where a lot of good people are often let go. Post ID: @1ptl+1beIlgnj, go see the wizard. Maybe he has a spare heart and brain.
The firm continues to slash expense to maintain the bottom line, hiding the fact that topline/ new sales revenue is being crushed. This has caused the loss of strong tenure and experience which should just compound the issue with fewer new clients joining and existing clients receiving subpar levels of service. It would appear that the boutique companies like paylocity, paycor and paycom are continuing to see wild success. No surprise to many, but all three of the CEO's in the aforementioned companies all have a common thread- every one of them once worked for ADP.
Revenge is best served cold.
To the mocker. Your time will come. Preying on other people's miseries. What kind of lo----e are you?
These are the kind of people left now. No point staying here with people like these and living a miserable life.
Jump ship now. To the people let go - you will find something easily. The economy is doing great.
Layoffs? Nutty conspiracy theory garbage. There have never been layoffs at ADP. ADP is a very stable company that treats its workers with care and respect.
Actually everything in the above paragraph is a lie.
GETS the heck out
Any ideas how many in GETS?
I'm sorry to hear this. what is GETS? and does anyone know how many people in total were laid off?
6 from my team asked to let go , I’m one among them.
I have joined Adp in 2019 by thinking it’s stable company.
Any more details?
Looking forward to additional old/lazy staff sent packing today.
Trimming the fat, nice.
How many?
