We have a few useless managers making life difficult for workers with bullying and no regard for individual effort we put in when trying to do a good job at my location. The employees left who do care are hampered and harassed on a daily basis making an enjoyable work environment impossible. Sadly it just seems like we are on a race to the bottom because the good ones want to quit.

I think it's just a place where the rural community goes to buy dog-food...
