People who believe they are safe make me laugh. This company is only about one thing: profit. They'll cut costs any way they can. And unless you are the lowest paid employee here, then they can find somebody who'll do your job for less. Whether that person will do that job as well as you is irrelevant. They'll have their short-term numbers bumped up, and that's all that matters. So don't delude yourself into believing you're safe because you're most definitely not.

The entire corporate world is only about one thing: profit.
Every employee in every company is replaceable.
None of these traits are specific to Juniper.
In engineering, the only folks who think they are safe and not replaceable are AA and his mafia gang members. In reality, they are replaceable but are safe till AA is with Juniper (which is a very long time).
