Been with the company for 6 years too d-mb to know nearly all the answers to your written questions. SOOOO meep meep meep meep. Buuuut for number 8. One of our desert locations has a dirt parking lot and in poway they have multiple dinning options. so poor conditions at some locations other locations are pretty posh.
