It's hard to fathom how Air Canada execs gave themselves bonuses after laying off thousands of their employees and turning out billions in losses. This happened at the same time they were negotiating a bailout package with taxpayers' money. So it looks like it is just the old boys and girls club taking care of one another. Maybe some of the execs were not able to keep up with their monthly payments for their yachts, luxury cars and homes that they had to save themselves. Such callousness. Such numbness. The government should not let this pass.
