Waste of time lawsuit. In Texas you are an at will employee. Which means you can quit at anytime and at the same time can be let go at anytime. The PIPs and layoffs got everyone. It wasnt just older workers. Dont see how this person can prove it was only people of a certain age that were targets. Just move on and go find another job.
I worked with this individual. Was always very well regarded, and extremely competent.
Don’t trust this company with your careers.
