So we should be blaming YC now.
The people with the computer problems are not the same people who set you up as understaffed, underpaid, and overworked. We are rooting for you to get the support you need to make our sh-t work by calling out those who are accountable for overall reliability and performance. The people responding to tickets are doing the best they can with the sh---y resources they are given. Everybody realizes that.
Amazing. Let's understaff, underpay, overwork IT, then bi--h when I have a computer problem and haven't even followed the documented process to get it resolved.
