Buying new clothes, spending money on gas and car maintenance, wasting 10 hours a week in traffic... all so management can look over my shoulder at my screen rather then just pulling it up via the spyware they installed last year. I can't wait to smell my coworkers farts again!

Directors being forced back into the office in July. Vaccines mandatory. Will be interesting how they handle people who've already had COVID. Fiserv is the biggest joke in the S&P 500 and I'm frankly embarrassed for them. Here's to hoping Fiserv gets bought up by a competent company.
We were told vaccines would be mandatory OR other arrangements would be made. WFH can be done successfully but Frank hates WFH, always did. Now lets rebuild all of the offices for social distance. Gee what will happen with the call centers sitting 2" apart?
FB is forcing all the rank and file employees to return but not his New York crew. His majesty and royal court aren't returning until 2022 to their new 100 million dollar office-space.
How covid was handled changed employee expectations -- the number of people who want to not work or work from home has increased. Leadership should care about people and recognize this paridigm shift.
I too am letting other job seekers know the real Fiserv , fake , not they pretend to be, I remember when I came to Fiserv reviews were terrible , I didn't believe it , but soon found out to be true, two weeks ago over 400 openings at Alpharetta office , what does that tell you , indeed had a 56% rating for Fiserv , in 2013 Fiserv was voted 9th worst in US to work for , google it , that hasn't changed
One of my Fiserv coworkers used to take vacation time to play WoW. Extremely impressive teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. He was laid off at the end of March, what, five years ago now?
To the person that wrote this.
"There is no sane human on the planet who thinks real teamwork and collaboration can happen better from your parents den than if you were together with your teammates live and in person...don’t believe the bs work from home hype...which is fading faster than a bouquet of roses...'
Ok... boomer. Todays 40 year old adults came up playing teamwork based video games and the 30 somethings have lived online their entire lives. This post shows you've never leveled with a guild in WoW or got a chicken dinner with your squad. You probably don't use Discord and wonder why the kids are on the twitchertube. If you are in leadership you need to start leveling those skills ASAP. These aren't electric typewriters, they are laptops. ;)
Since you assume we work from our parents dens... should I assume that you are excited that today is applesauce day?

Guess you’ll need to actually work and not go for swims or pond walks now.
ref: "...so they can work together as a team with their colleagues to deliver for their clients, something called teamwork you must not know anything about..."
Does this mean they're gonna lift-and-shift all the Pune employees to the US then, or will it be the other way 'round with all the work eventually happening over there (incidentally leaving you out of a job as well, so...)?
You flacks are such empty-headed muppets sometimes.
Re Apple is asking ---- stock is not up, at $113 this morning. FB is not making Fiserv great again, it was kinda sorta good before the merger, poor now. FB is making his bank account great again. Work from Home is a new norm for many American businesses. But not going to happen here.
Fiserv leading the way in returning to the office just like it leads the way in Fintech.
Another "great" business decision considering that nearly 40% of workers would consider quitting if their bosses made them return to the office full-time.

So 40% of Fiserv will consider quitting if Frank forces them back to the office. Guess its cheaper to get people to quit instead of RIF'ing them!!
Apple is asking it's employees to return in September so it's not just Fiserv. Fiserv leading the way in returning to the office just like it leads the way in Fintech. Fortune 500 ranking is up, Stock is moving up and Frank has plans to make Fiserv great again.
The problem is that the company's reputation is damaged to the point where nobody wants to work here anymore. So instead, you have to waste time and money trying to artificially boost the company's reputation by posting here and on Glassdoor, and you have to outsource everything to contractors and overseas employees who can barely communicate.
In addition, you have wasted a ridiculous number of dollars on cornball "agile manifesto" nonsense which is really just a poor attempt at compensating for the fact that all of the talent is leaving this joke of a company. ;-) It's pretty darn sad when you have to designate an entire team to pushing agile, led by an anti-academic who feels cheated by society. But let me guess, "other S&P 500 companies are doing it too."
There is no sane human on the planet who thinks real teamwork and collaboration can happen better from your parents den than if you were together with your teammates live and in person...don’t believe the bs work from home hype...which is fading faster than a bouquet of roses...
@awz+1ba2jMsJ, your a du----s stuck in the good ole days of micro-management. Teamwork happens from anywhere, and it is just having the right tools in place to build relationships with team members to get a task done. It doesn't have to be in person. That is an archaic way of thinking.
Fiserv justifies their poor, dated practices by claiming "the other S&P 500 companies are doing it too." In reality, Fiserv takes the worst part of every S&P 500 company and rolls it together into a single, savory nugget. Why not try to actually be a decent company that others can look up to? Who knows, you might even be able to sleep better at night knowing you are doing the right thing, Mr. HR.
Your kidding right. Jamie Dimon and most other CEO’s are getting people back into the office so they can work together as a team with their colleagues to deliver for their clients, something called teamwork you must not know anything about...
Has anyone heard whether there is a vaccination requirement to return? And what happens if you choose not to get vaccinated? Not looking for opinions here but I've asked and my manager doesn't know, he just said he isn't sure why anyone would not want to get vaccinated.
I have no sympathy for you. You complain but you are still there. Yes, it is true the OFD will run OFS into the ground and besmirch the name and reputation. However, you are choosing to go along for the ride. The majority of the OFS people have long left that insane asylum.
Frank cares about Frank
Current leadership is driving Fiserv straight into the ground, and laughing all the way to the bank while doing it. I am posting all over the web, warning job-seekers about what a NIGHTMARE this company has become.
Concrete example: my BU's leadership told everyone repeatedly that WFH would continue. Then, corporate spammed everyone with the "you're coming back in, and sooner than we originally stated" email. This place is a total joke with its archaic practices and will no doubt go out of business very soon. I bet Frank laughs like a maniac every time he fires off one of his canned and insincere Back2Business emails to everyone, thinking he has everyone fooled.
