The Company isn't actually turning around.
Culp was hired to do whatever he can to get that stock price back up. So the Big Money shareholders that got hosed when the stock tanked can make their money back.
Its going to be a pump and dump.
Shareholders will sell once they break even and bring the stock back to its real valuation.
As for the " the culture at GE is amazing " quote .... You must be living in some alternate reality. The only people making statement like " the culture is great" are the hacks, no shows, wanna be leaders who are in a position to milk GE dry.

Larry Culp was just named one of the Top 30 CEOs of 2021 by Barron's. The stock is up 90% in the last year.
The culture at GE is amazing and unlike every other company out there, there is absolutely no attrition problem.
Maybe you should expend the effort to make something of yourself instead. The only problem at GE is the bitter losers who were too lazy to even make it to EB like to complain about their personal failures.
