How many people who got laid off ended up agreeing to a lower pay in new companies?
Here I saw that someone eventually agreed to half the pay because it was the only offer he got for a whole year after the layoff. I'd love to find a new job before they get me out the door and I'm not sure how good it is to be too picky?
Whomever is below probably left or was removed In a different job environment, you need to do what's best for YOU. Sometimes a paycut pays off, sometimes it's the same BS elsewhere with less compensation.

If you cannot get better (pay, role, opportunity, company) outside of Apache, you belong at Apache.
