All theses guys have come up with is persona-based marketing, vertical industry focus, and try to partner better. Seriously this could have been done in one hour over beers. Not sure who is worse, Bain or McKinsey?
You can’t make this stuff up. The company only has one product and one direct sales delivery channel. They can’t materially change the strategy even if they want to. Nepotism and conflicts of interest with MCKinsey and NC. What is SM thinking?
