I only have Q experience and talked about MSM during the whole interview and how I improved performance year or year and it landed me a job with Apple!

@1hxr.. where did you end up? I think what you said is very true, but Q has no innovation, thats worse!
I worked at both places.. In apple, innovation is usually top down, so unless you happen to be a superstar, you are expected to just STFU, and do what you are told. Management structure also gives immense power to your manager, and unlike Q there is no matrix structure. Work get pretty boring soon, and becomes very mundane after a while.. I didnt last long there, and would never go back there.
