Why do we keep letting pompous-tone-deaf-entitled-arrogant-socially-hopeless folk as leaders and letting them have a say in who we hire and how we are operate?
Symantec losers in the cyber team that blew up and got the CISO fired. Mckesson losers who got brought in to the project management office in cyber that didn't know what they were doing.
Years ago there were many Yahoo losers brought in to their cloud operations that were incompetent and inexperienced. Also, GE people brought in to other teams, now it's the 3 AWS execs who are bringing in their own losers. There is no way these AWS execs can turn things around quickly it will take many years and they've been on their cloud journey for 8 years until it blew up.
3 AWS execs joined because we know AWS don't pay their employees so when Splunk gave them a huge raise they were d-mb enough to join.
