I’ve enjoyed my time with the company. My job has been okay (I've definitely worked in worse situations) and I like the people I work with. It’s been a good run. However, we all know how management is. No transparency, communication and accountability. We’ve been overworked because we are understaffed with no new hires. Been at it for so long I forgot that this is something I shouldn’t be accustomed to so I’ve been looking for another job and was actually made a reasonable offer. Like I said, it’s been a good run, but there are some things that shouldn’t be considered the new “normal”.

Congrats!!! Hope you got out of the gaming industry. Lol. I feel so much better after I found a job that’s not related to the industry. Pay is much better too!!!
