Anyone have a feel for post spinoff date RA's?
Anyone have a feel for offshoring activity (as viewed from USA) post spinoff.
Have a feeling both will be in focus.

For IBM, this was the easiest way to get rid of folks. Your severance will be much lower than IBM last RA. Good time to look for new job.
My team is hiring freshers in full swing across the globe with just a bare minimum support from mgmt in key markets. I can see the RA coming for many senior band 8 and above. If you know your boss well you are the new manager/director though you don’t know anything and folks who are begging to get promoted with tangible past deliverables are being fitted into PM / transformation role so they leave on their own frustration.
They're spending money leasing office space when the offices are closed.
You cannot be anymore wasteful than that.
You will know the answer to this when IBM announces the Kyndryl head count spin off. Not the official Kyndryl headcount, but the amount of heads traded to Kyndryl. If it’s over 90k then you know a re-org is coming
You have to be delusional not to see that a reorg is coming where tech folks are siloed, offshored, and right-sized. The pressures to cut costs and deliver revenue are going to be immense I imagine. Squeeze that stone.... It's just the way it is in commodity services organizations in the modern era anyways - it's an ongoing activity.
Why would it be any different to pre spinoff. Just a matter of time.
in theory less people needed after conducting the split reengineering / set upIIMO
I wish I knew - I feel it is coming
