Don’t share any plans to seek employment elsewhere with anyone that you know in the company. Chances are word will get around and people will kiss up and share information with your management. The next thing you know they will find any opportunity to get rid of you BEFORE you are ready to leave. Learn from my mistakes. The ones you think you can trust may be the ones who stab you in the back!
