I work Pt and have another job as well Pt. In between both I also have college. It is a lot on my plate but I want to be independent while trying to obtain a college degree. That being said, my SM keeps pressuring me to go full time. I keep explaining that I have a set schedule and I can’t accommodate what he wants. Now, on the current schedule he has me working 1 day. Talk about needing me so much to go Ft but being able to afford to punish me with fewer hours.

If you have a choice, leave. Nobody works at TS unless they have to.
