Every day I hear someone has quit, or such and such is looking for another job. There was a time I could remember when attrition was nonexistent. But now it seems to be a prevalent thing. Are any other BUs looking at an unusual percentage of turnover?

I don't know if they're paying severance or who gets packages. I DO know that employees are leaving without other jobs, that on the last survey - of those who responded - majority would NOT recommend that a friend work at Intrado, and there is constant shuffling of project priorities. Thinking about going back to the office - cringe.
When you work people like crazy and only pay $15 and $16 for tech support for million dollar contracts, that's what you get. People are tired of low pay and no opportunity for growth.
Members from Sales have been leaving at about 1 employee every 2 weeks.
Maybe it's because we don't get paid on 1 year renewals. Maybe it's because on a multi-million dollar deal, they only pay out a few thousand.
I can start to see whym
Intrado does not do severances anymore
They don’t care, they want voluntary turn over so they don’t have to pay severance and unemployment.
