Top dogs don’t care about employees or customers.
Employees but also customers are increasingly dissatisfied, for a reason too. I wonder then, for whom does this company even exist if no one is satisfied. For top dogs?
It seems that they are the only ones who are satisfied.
Their greed will completely destroy this company.

Companies exist for their owners. On rare occasions, management behaves as if it cares a wh-t for its employees. Sometimes its behavior is sincere but, in my forty-year career, I realized good treatment of employees is usually just a carrot when it has been determined a stick won't work. BTW, your use of the word "whom" instead of "who" was spot on.
This should not be a surprise, you only need to look at the track record of our CEO.
