There was always attrition, but this is something else. Nearly everybody I know wants to leave. Some are looking for a new job, others are praying to be laid off... I'm not sure what's causing this level of dissatisfaction. Am I the only one who still likes his job and has no intention of leaving?

I process attritions for a specific group. It has significantly increased since March. Yeah, the workload is not aligned with my pay. That's why I want to quit.

Being at home and disconnected is leading to a new level of dis-satisfaction. One day in office and I realized how accepting people are of us, irrespective of how we perform. That feeling is not there on zoom.
Yet, people don't actually realize that, or even if they do, they're still concerned about going back to office for one reason or the other.
