Everyone at the working level’s just quietly searching for outside jobs while collecting their paychecks. Leadership is just circlej—king each other about the next initiative.

You don’t have to look back further than the rehire of SR to prove they don’t see, don’t know, and don’t care about employee relations.
They don't care. Haven't cared for years.
In many cases the most passionate employees have already left, bewildered and disgusted.
