Please explain to me how the **** running a store with 2 staff is safe. What if you have to use the bathroom? What if you need something from the inventory room? What if? What if? What if? It's unfortunate that it will take something horrible to happen for them to switch us back to either a 3 staff minimum at all times, or move everyone to one shift, instead of this opening and closing nonsense.

A couple of months ago a rep walked into the store for their 12 to 830pm shift . When they went into the backroom he found out that the rep he was working with called out. He was told that the rules had changed and the store could stay open with 1 rep and a SM( glorified door greeter) The look of te---r on his face was startling! He promptly told the SM that he was sick and was told to leave and went home thus the store closed at 6. This was beginning of the 45 min wait times,now its up to 90 mins . If you find yourself in a similar situation, think fast and leave for your own safety and well being.
Only about a year ago, there was all kind of "safety" training and virtual robbery film training, etc. Guess they figured risking 2 lives was better than risking 3 or 4 at once. hmmf
Do you have a window that faces the parking lot? Just lock the front door and use the window as the drive through.
They changed the 3 person policy. 2 people IS now minimum. It can't be for the entire day but for an hour at open or close is fine per policy now. I fully agree it isn't safe. We literally adjusted our safety policies to match our headcount rather than adjusted our headcount to meet safety policy... mgmt took trainings on it...
It’s not safe. Per the Corp policy the store is supposed to close down when only two people are available the run it because it doesn’t meet safety guidelines. It was in our WF dimensions training. Reach out to your HR rep this should be common knowledge.
The leadership team is deliberately tanking corporate retail stores. They are trying to hire ppl bc they realized the plan was too aggressive and now they’re out of luck. They really thought that just anyone can do the job well. All you had to was ask any manager or dm and they’d tell you there’s maybe 1-2 good salespeople in each location.
Individual commissions will never come back in corp retail.
We need individual quotas again, and it needs to be rich incentive. This needs to change now.
