As if there are enough URCs working for Crown to even notice their exodus. The ones that are, aren't often in leadership.
If they're fleeing, they're escaping the over the top workload and finger pointing by their managers. Not only in the field, but in the office. Blaming their staff for not meeting the KPIs, while not removing barriers to success and three times the workload since September.
People aren't treated well and many seek other opportunities where they are appreciated. Not to mention, contractors being forced to go due to the 3 year limit and not a word of purple badges for anybody.
Yes, Fiber/Network is the black sheep and continues to cost money. But the things they're doing to people below management level are insane and soul-crushing.
It makes me sick.
