Apparently the woman who ran Touchworks development and services is no longer around.
Allscripts was supposed to release a true HTML version of TW back in 2018 which would make it much easier for customers to deploy and lower costs but here we are in the 2nd half and 2021 and "it ain't workin"..... SURPRISE !!!

The talent level not there to deliver anything functional let alone new. The complete RD MANAGEMENT team have been a joke for over a decade. That ai product you mention was a string of beads given away to a client so they would not leave... Says a lot t about their client base too..

Look at Avenal. It is about 5 years past the promised delivery date. What is the story with that Jeff? You have been all bunkered up in the bowels of Illinois.
Wasn't the extension with Northwell partially predicated on Avenel replacing Touchworks for them?
Avenal was oringally supposed to replace Pro which runs in ambulatory practices up to about 50 providers on the high end.
How can anyone expect Avenal to run for Northwell which has THOUSANDS of ambulatory providers.
How long does Allscrips have to deliver this to Northwell before they can bag it all and finally go to Epic which will be the final nail in the coffin and take the stock price to $2.
