Too many changes for my taste here lately. Executives are leaving, the company is shrinking by "focusing" on specific areas while everybody else is expanding... This can't spell good things for our future here. I think it's time to start looking for some greener pastures before I'm "divested" as well.

Certain members of the executive team should have been gone a long time ago. Too bad the micromanaging jerk who always tells people to read books won't just leave. He probably can't get hired anywhere else. That's what happens when you've been in the gaming industry for so long. Take my advice and get out when you can.
More VPs need to move on, and they need to revamp project management and product management. These departments are a joke. Project management has no clue what real pm work is.
Save money and dismantle them. Each department can handle the tasks they do anyway.
