They laid off a bunch of good people yesterday. Wonder what kind of bonuses their executives will get this year (if they can keep their jobs long enough).

Solera is going to be shedding many more US based positions over the next quarter as Darko is determined to reduce as many US positions as possible. The US positions are being replaced by India consulting positions.
It took probably 10 applications multiple interviews and iq tests to persuade ds to hire me. The work was way easier than the application process. First half my team was let go during the pandemic. Then without introduction they were replaced by people from india. Who asked basic stuff constantly in the middle of the night like they didnt have a manager. We had exec connects with the ceo. I think she personally cared. It was a bad move to sell. We got an email about solera the month before. I asked my boss if i should worry cause i had family. He said it wouldnt affect me. I also worried about them tracking cause that is a major breach of trust. But then monday as i was getting ready for work i got the call. No sorry thanks for your service. Cant get into my email to even ask my boss for a reference. DS just got eaten by the machine. The culture is gone. I dont know how theyre going to keep morale up now. Maybe throw some branded cr-p at us again.

Is this due to recent acquisition and mergers like dealersocket ... etc ? could be due to overlapping of domains.
300 + employees including the executive team and long time employees. The layoffs seem to be completely random. No idea what they’re thinking.
Does anyone know how many DealerSocket people were let go?
Oh, and they're sending American jobs to India. 'Merica!
