I don't understand why Apache puts people in positions that absolutely exceed their qualifications? That has always been the case, however, it seems to me that it has never been easier to get a job or get into a position without the essential qualifications needed to do that job.

Your absolutely right! It was the men who hired these unqualified women. "Leaders" haha I don't think so.
Side note...JC and his cronies are a bunch of baffoons and need to be fired!
APA needs a clean sweep.
Why to center your criticism around women leaders? the ones that f-ed up this company were all men. And for HSE, covid management was not bad.
Pick a random VP and there are high chances his expertise doesn’t match the job… and if they get laid off they cannot get jobs… but now we’re taking them back. But just the bad ones, off course.
Apparently the only qualification you need is to have a V J J. If that’s you congratulations your hired!
I don’t know but I plan to take advantage of it. I’ve made sure my AGame is filled with my career goals and aspirations, all of which are absurdly out of reach. But both my manager and my HR rep, a former cab driver and exotic dancer, respectively, have been really pleased with my progress and have assured me I’m on the fast-track to upper management. God I love it here.
Jj is a bimbo and it’s embarrassing
You're absolutely correct and we've beaten this dead horse numerous times here.
But to answer your question, when they hired JJ. Her days are numbered. The sharks smell blood. Can you hear the Jaws theme song playing in the background?
