We currently have a business account that is now rolling into day 5 of processing
nobody does business anymore it takes way too long i can do a consumer account and have the customer in and out in 15 mins
b360 would be like 2 hours
I dont care what the DM or the pretty boy director says!! smb is not the savior !!

We give all out SMB to our smb reps to handle, because it take too long for simple transactions. We don’t even bother in store. Plus the incentive with commission doesn’t make a difference like it use to, especially being a multi-store.
Yeah - leadership needs to speak up. We are all here for a reason and we are here together.
We spent 6 hours today fighting to create a new business account for a single jetpack line...... The system DOES NOT WORK!! Whenever you bring this simple fact to leaderships attention you are regarded as being negative and complaining.
It is not a question of learning the quirks of the system and adjusting the order process. With biz360 you can literally take the same steps and receive many different system errors before the it finally miraculously allows the transaction to process.
Verizon leadership should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this 2.0 garbage system to be thrust upon front line employees.
