There are multiple postings for field service techs in NJ and I'm trying to figure out how that is even possible. There are no vehicles, no tools, no safety equipment, no uniforms, no nothing. What are they supposed to do with a bunch of new hires? Send them out into the field on a bicycle with a ladder? lol... Altice has been trying to clean house anyway so why even bother hiring? This company is a big ol' scam!

Really really sad you guys don’t see the light . I’m just not sure what exactly you are trying to do. Save a dead end job? Guess what don’t let your family down. Don’t be afraid of change, multiple opportunities are out there . Why you guys stay here is beyond comprehension? If cable is all you know? Well then you’re fu---d
No one can be this d-mb. If you seriously think you’re safe here and are going to retire? Think again all I’m going to say is do your homework on the Internet. Verify poindexters statements on the stock reports and don’t be a mo--n. It’s sad to see this but get 1 thing straight it’s over. The job is done. Accept reality or take it up the a-s when you least expect it
does anyone actually know what are they hiring for? in house techs or contractors? or are we just going to keep saying SCABS over and over lol
You are incorrect their are no Scabs in Altice no one took union jobs only scabs are in spectrum they were union went on strike and scabs came in. get your acronyms right and you all fell for the bs when you signed over to Ats Federal Contractor scam you created this environment by believing in your management fend for yourself and with like minded individuals.

To the guy giving definition of a scab... Get a life dude.
here I did it for you in case you don't know how to internet
Legal Definition of scab
1 : a worker who refuses to join a labor union. (welp, they are a contractor so it's not even an option)
2 : a union member who refuses to strike or returns to work before a strike has ended. (nope, have yet to hear of any optimum depots go on strike)
3 : a worker who accepts employment or replaces a union worker during a strike : strikebreaker. (Once again, don't see any strikes going on so....)
seriously enough with the scab stuff... learn the definition, THEN see if you're still using it
Starting pay should be at least 25 an hr
