can someone explain what a operational associate is and its Part time?
and what is a sales and service captain part time?
seems to me they are cutting a lead position in half and Ops/vs is being engulfed to a part time jobs ..

I haven’t heard of this yet. Wonder if it has to do with the pilot program stores for integrated workforce?
Never heard of an "operational" - are you in a store? OVM job is still a manager job and not going away.
Lead jobs all went away last year.
Sales and support captain is just that, can be in any zone where the store manager wants one. They have email and can open or close the building.
