Maybe it's just my subjective opinion, but this company has long been avoided by young talents. Maybe Juniper thinks they're not even needed here? If that is not the reason, then perhaps leaders are incapable of making the company competitive in terms of attracting such employees?

A few years ago a group of about 20 college interns were up on stage at the company meeting in the big tent taking turns telling their story about working at Juniper. Someone in management asked them if they wanted permanent jobs at Juniper once they graduated. Not one of them said yes. When asked why one guy volunteered an answer, that Juniper was to old and stodgy of a company. Young people want to work on new and interesting projects and networking is considered boring plumbing.
I had a mo--n middle mgr bring in his family frauds and jokes from B'lore and send them to CAL to motivate grads to join Juniper !! Now that's how you motivate the best of the world to join.
Fire all the managers cause they are toxic.
Idk honestly Juniper seems fu---d.
Only friends and families of upper management, middle managers, directors get hired and they tend to be and remain loyal. That’s the problem.
