Its coming and Directors and VP's going through the list of Inphi people that are on the list. They will also add some Marvell employees to the list.

Have they completed the RIF? Anyone knows when are we expecting it to happen?
Definately should anticipate layoffs post acquisition.
Good ready for somthing different
Unfortunately this is standard procedure under the current CEO. I was canned shortly after the Cavium deal closed 3 years ago. At least the RSUs I held onto have more than doubled since then.
